Your data belongs to you and we will never sell it to third parties.
You have the right to add, adjust or remove your data. When projects are deleted, the interviews are wiped completely. When closing your account, all data will be deleted manually as well.

All third party services are SOC 2 Type 2 compliant and have been audited by an independent third-party auditor.

We will not look at data you enter on Jaide, except upon your request for a support case or in criminal cases by officials.

We are externally hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS is ISO 27001 compliant and the application runs entirely within the European availability zones (eu-central - Germany).

Data is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS).

All payments are securely processed via Stripe, a certified PCI Level 1 Service Provider (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
